Our jewelry is ethically handmade in small quantities in our ateliers with the highest quality materials and standards. We fulfill orders as quickly as possible depending on the availability. In stock items ship within 2-3 days. Other items ship within 2-4 weeks or 4-6 weeks depending on their lead time. You can verify the shipping timeline for each product on its respective page before placing your order.

For orders containing items with varying shipping times, we'll likely ship everything together once all items are ready. If you need faster shipping for certain items, we recommend placing separate orders.

How to return or exchange jewelry purchased online?

Jewelry can be returned if tried on with the same care as in-store. Any use beyond this may leave wear marks, making the item unsuitable for resale and ineligible for a return or an exchange, as determined by our experts.

For online orders, you have up to 30 days from the date you received the items to request and ship unused items.

Items purchased online and collected in-store are subject to the same return policy as in-store purchases.

How to return a jewellery purchased in-store?

Jewelry purchased in-store can only be exchanged for an item of equal value or store credit within 30 days, provided the item is unused.

Return and exchange policy

While our jewelry is handmade with strict quality control, if you notice a manufacturing defect upon receipt, you must report it within 24 hours via email. The item will be inspected to confirm the defect.

Please ensure that all returned jewelry meets the following requirements:

• The item must be unused and in perfect condition.
• All original tags must remain attached and undamaged.
• Items must be returned in their original size, without any alterations.
• All original components must be included. Sets must be complete and not partial.
• The jewelry must be returned in its original packaging, including the jewelry box and pouches.
• Returns must be securely packaged in a cardboard box; returns sent in envelopes will not be accepted.
